First Children's Book Coming Soon

It's been a while since last posting. Been busy writing and illustrating. My first children's book is done. Waiting for proofs to arrive. (yay!) Hope to have this book available before Christmas.

Tapping Works!

It's been over two years since last blogging. (Where has that time gone?) A lot has happened, mostly good. One thing I'd like to share with you is tapping or EFT (Emotional Freedom Therapy).
I've been using this for several years and have become proficient at it. Some family members use it too. We all get excellent results. It can be used for everything! and I really mean everything!

At first it feels silly doing it. After you get the hang of tapping the silly feeling goes. It is quite life changing and I think it gives me more control over my life.
